The founders are approachable, thoughtful and genuinely value the people who work here. The culture is one of the best things about working here. We're fully remote, but there's daily interaction and easy, supportive communication across every department. It's a happy, collaborative environment.

Communication could be better - As a remote worker, I make a conscious effort to stay connected with the office and wider teams.
