Perspective commerciale

Avantages

Its depends, what I think is Pros may for else its Cons :) Still, let's discuss on some points which I think are attractive: 1. They work on very challenging project. If you can involve yourself on that project you can get good learning opportunity to learn new skills. 2. You can get opportunity to communicate directly with Customers (Obviously all Abroad Customers) it will help you to push up your Communication skills. 3. We work for money and at the end of the month you will get your salary on time. Take a deep breath and concentrate on your work, that's it. 4. Security: Talking about Job security not self security :) . They have a good client base according to my knowledge (I was one of the senior member) so they will not sink immediately. If company future is secure you are secure too. 4. Last but most Important, company is on an experience hand who has a good technical background. When a software company owned by a technical person there is always a plus. Aforesaid, a brief among many !!

Inconvénients

To be honest followings are not actually Cons for me: 1. In time of work you can get a homely feel, no dress code, no extra burden to carry your ID Card, no burden to wear formal dress in rainy season. So, you may say, they are not professional. Though, I do not think so. If a company handling 100's of Customer daily without any subordage, they can't be unprofessional. According to me, instead of saying them unprofessional you can maintain your formality, no one will stop you :) 2. They have a good amount of work pressure. Bro, this is not a Govt. Organization, if you want to learn something you should need to have a willingness to take work load.

Your preferred work or technology is utmost importance to us. If you are working on something you don't like no one is benefitted out of this. Hence you can rest assured you will get to work on technology or task you like most.
