      Salary in line with the market, good R&D and ambitious roadmap.

      Inconvénients

      The entire sales management chain is inefficient or struggles with internal politics. Current strategy not realistic and will probably fail. Recurrent restructurations resulting in job losses, target setting not in line with the reality. The 2 remaining business units will be sold in the coming months. Only the "friends" can be promoted, not the competent persons.
