Inconvénients
1. Dirty politics everywhere. Sometimes i feel, politics in UP is much cleaner!! 2. You get promotions and hike only if you are good at maligning your team mates during appraisals(extra browny points if you name them when asked for). 3. Another way of getting good hike and foreign trips is, 24/7 non-stop boot-licking. 4.People are interviewed for something and made, or rather forced, to do something else. 5.Some managers have no respect for anybody, not even women employees, filth is what drops out of their mouth, once they open it. "Utterly Unprofessional" Zero learning , zero technical growth, actually you feel degraded after spending some time here, People who are stuck here are just because they have got rusted and cant find a job outside. To summarize in one line : "The worst mistake of my life."
