Avantages
1. Good compensation. 2 .Flexible working hours and working from home facility 3. No Dress Code. 4. Good work-life balance Very good place to work if you want to retire here. Leave peacefully with a good salary. In that case you can ignore the bogus lectures from the management.
Inconvénients
1. Work is junk and only the works overflowed from US done in Bangalore 2. Management is incompetent and they just follow orders of their bosses from abroad. 3. Unfair promotion and recognition process. People who shout get the attention only. 4.Management has no intention to improve the technical ability of the people. They are more interested on some junk HR activities.
