Avantages

Solid integration technology and fellow employees where great - very helpful to one another. So the culture at the employee level was excellent.

Inconvénients

After Merrick left management could never get it's act together. The messaging was fuzzy as they tried to carve out their niche in SOA. The push was for new customers, but the reality was that most sales came from existing customers making a few people, who had those customers, wealthy. This created excessive turn over and an inability to grow market share. SO Software AG bought them as a maintenance revenue cash cow.
