      Good coffee, a lot of skilled colleagues , adoption of good tech staff

      Poor management, poor administrative staff, a lot of unfairly situation and bad legacy projects

      Avantages

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Inconvénients

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
