At the same time, we’re sorry to hear that other aspects of your experience left you feeling frustrated. We strive to foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and mutual respect across all levels of the organization, and feedback like this is important for helping us reflect on where we can improve. Maintaining clear communication between leadership and employees, especially in a remote-first environment, is something we continually work to strengthen.
We also recognize that tools, processes, and expectations around busy periods can impact employees in different ways. Our goal is always to provide the structure and resources teams need to be successful while continuing to listen to employee feedback about what is and isn’t working.
