      Amazing colleagues, good working environment, good projects as well as work-life balance

      Inconvénients

      Due to management’s bad decisions, the company is not doing well, and they decided to reduce everyone’s salaries by 10% and put some people on bench, so they can cut 60% of their salaries. It just shows how Softeq deals such situations. And they expect us to be happy that they didn’t fire us. This is same as firing, just the path is different.

      Great HRs who are very helpful Monthly meetings where you can ask CEO and Co everything Presents and good corporate culture

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes very exhausting projects - me and some colleagues got burnout Lack of transparency - changes that the highest management do without even notifying anyone properly (in the crisis times) Salaries depend on what you're doing at the project - and if you're on the bench, so you have almost no chances for salary review

      It's a great company to work with Startups and IOT services. Will help you grow a lot and they have all the tools and KT to share with you.
