      Inconvénients

      Continuous workload. Difficult to manage personal & professional life. Salary for design engineer is less compared to other PLC, SCADA & Instrumentation engineers.

      Avantages

      The people had good knowledge about Automation Industry. As an entry-level engineering candidate, this company is good. Could learn a lot regarding instrumentation, automation, and design fields.

      Inconvénients

      Work Ethics could be better. More respect and opportunities for women were expected. Less appreciation and consideration of one's work.
