Avantages
No dress code, flexible start times. Don't know when other reviewers left here but management changed a few months ago (thats a big pro). Decent pay for an easy job. Suggestions are being listened to more now and some stuff has changed.
Inconvénients
The issues with extreme racism, sexism, micromanaging, etc. in the other reviews were with the old management who doesnt run the department anymore but still works here and comes over sometimes. It's a problem with the company that this was allowed to go on for so long. Sometimes there are short days and sometimes there is overtime without very much notice. Benefits aren't great and we really need a water cooler and new equipment.
