Avantages
They WILL probably hire you. but only because they are desperate for staff because they can't keep any staff when they don't make any money or ever get paid (especially if you are a tipped employee; and if you are lucky enough to get a paycheck, don't expect it to be accurate or on any kind of a timely basis).
Inconvénients
The clientele is mostly trash, the food is inconsistent, service sucks because no one cares anymore, everyone even management is unprofessional and desperate. they will make promises and tell you lies and you will hear a lot of "it's gonna happen/get better" or "not sure right now but we are making some changes and things are gonna get better/move in amore positive direction" or "we'll have yoru money tomorrow" or just simply: "tomorrow". yet "tomorrow" NEVER comes, and they will lie and keep blowing you off as long as they possibly can until you wise up or give up, and use you throughout the whole process. "tomorrow" hasn't come for nearly a year. It never will. they are crooks and thieves. don't waste your time, effort, or a second thought on this place. this goes for job seekers and customers alike.
