      Avantages

      Great place to work with genuinely smart and passionate people. One of the things I appreciate most is the culture, there’s a strong sense of collaboration, talented colleagues, and a lot of freedom to bring ideas to life. The company is evolving quickly and investing heavily in AI and innovation, which makes it an exciting environment to be in.

      Inconvénients

      Honestly, I don’t see many major downsides so far. Like any company operating in a fast-moving environment, priorities can shift quickly and things move at a fast pace, but for people who enjoy ownership and learning, that can also be a positive.

      Avantages

      I am extremely impressed with Smartling's leadership, staff, product, and the culture that's in place. What a joy to work here!! Smartling is growing so rapidly and is the clear leader in the Translation Management System technology and LLM/AI powered translation space.

      Avantages

      Amazing product market fit considering how AI is changing the localization world. AI is mandate for every employee at the company and leadership has given us the tools to adopt it an astronomical pace. This is not something that is micro managed and employees have full autonomy to build and present to their colleagues. Selling at Smartling means working with the biggest companies in the world. In most cases it isn't transactional but once a company sees the value Smartling brings to the table it's hard for them to choose a competitor.

      Inconvénients

      Very few but managing so many projects with AI at once takes a lot of focus. I wouldn't have it any other way.
