      Thank You for the positive Feedback. We made it better! Compensation process goes through a proper market benchmarking exercise, and a scientific approach is taken with minimal scope for bias. In fact, one of the most stable compensation increases have been given during last few years, and employees are happy too (yes, this is one subject where 100% happiness can not be expected)

      Inconvénients

      Having public transportation available is a great option, but the frequency of once every hour can make planning a bit challenging.
