Avantages
Slide is a fast growing company where people can build, contribute, and be part of meaningful change. The biggest pros are the culture, access to leaders, growth opportunities, learning resources, and the ability to solve real problems without getting buried in old school insurance red tape.
Inconvénients
Slide is not really a place to coast. It is fast moving, evolving, and expectations are high. If someone wants rigid structure, slow change, and clearly boxed responsibilities, they may struggle. But for people who like growth, visibility, influence, and building something meaningful, that same environment is also what makes it exciting.
