Avantages
I love what I do and the people I get to do it with! Our software is able to meet the unique needs of the market for small, medium, and enterprise level companies.
The leadership team cares about all the employees and wants to hear our input on what we are hearing and seeing from our customers. I've never worked for a company that has culture and camaraderie as healthy as SlickText.
I've worked a lot of places, some good and some not so good. I'm very thankful I was able to be hired at SlickText and be apart of this team.
Inconvénients
We work in an industry that is heavily regulated and those regulations change all the time with lots of moving parts. None of that is the fault of SlickText, we have adapted and pivoted well.
However, in that world, it can make it harder to do your job. But, I suppose, that is the case for lots of industries.
