      Certain people who have been there a couple of months tattling on you and thinking they know better. Management plays favorite.

      YES! Our building ROCKS! I'm sorry you felt that management played favorites. In reality, everyone is evaluated by very fair, and consistent performance metrics set up within each department. Some people thrive in a results oriented, fast paced, patient centered environment. Some do not. Yes, we do expect people to show up to work and put in the effort. BUT we have a lot of fun in the process!
