Avantages
- The product is probably the best and most powerfull collaboration platform on the market - The Sales Engineer team is great
Inconvénients
- Since acquired by Salesforce, it has been quite a challenge to align platform architectures, product, goto market strategies between Salesforce and Slack which are quote different. Slack is not always seen as a priority by SF sales exec compared to IA and Data Cloud for example. - Big part of the top management have left after the Salesforce acquisition
