      - Very supportive environment to learn and grow. - Few "rock star" types, so they don't ruin the culture. - Family friendly

      Inconvénients

      - Because the company is a little more conservative, it doesn't have all the perks other start ups have (for example, food). - Having tenure gives your words a little more weight than it should
