      Avantages

      great people, positive atmosphere (when things were going well)

      Inconvénients

      bad management decisions, no involvement of staff in decisions, wrong management recruited/promoted, unrealistic targets set for sales people, commissions not always paid (company found ways not to pay), too much debating and not enough decision making, lack of moving with market trends.

      International customers and possibility to work with Africa Nice poeple to work with

      Inconvénients

      Too many people from top Management are new and put a lot of pressure You have the feeling that they encourage poeple to leave This place is good only for very young poeple with no experience Management is Pushing poeple to work hard without any compensations- no salary raise, benefits only to directors no possibility to evolve inside the company

      Work with the African people is challenging, You need to learn how to work with them and pay them a lot of respect, otherwise they will not be good partners
