      Avantages

      Working at SIXT for a fresher is great, as there are a lot of opportunities. People are very helpful and teach you a lot of things necessary for career development. Work-life balance is also good.

      Inconvénients

      The tech stack versions in some teams are a bit outdated but they are working on it.

      It only takes one or two customer reviews to affect you negatively. Disproportionate to the number of customers you handle.

      Steady pay and hours but the work is busy some days.

      Inconvénients

      Depending on branch and setup you work outside and deal with weather in your locale.
