We recognize that this industry is very fast-paced, which is why we try our best to give our candidates a realistic picture of the positions during the interview process. Furthermore, we have recently modified our training program to allow each agent to begin in basic training and to spend 3 full days covering the systems, etc. you have mentioned here.
