      - You get to own modules of the product and work on them - Owning means going into customer call understanding different usecases - Have completely autonomy of decisions you take as a product designer - Increase your confidence as a designer by direct communication with different stakeholders and customers - You get to do a lot of product thinking and keep your ideas for execution

      Inconvénients

      - It is a workspace heavy on UX and Product thinking so your UI work might be a bit less

      Inconvénients

      If you don't know something there's a very tiny window to learn it, but that's everywhere.

      Inconvénients

      - There is work, a lot of it, and it can be easy to be overwhelmed if you don't speak up. - Some departments seem to be understaffed while others are top heavy - Burnout seems to be a real problem inside some areas of the company
