Avantages
There is a creative, design-led atmosphere and the opportunity to work with talented people across different parts of the business. The role gave me exposure to a broad range of tasks early on, which helped me build confidence and develop practical People Ops skills. Some colleagues are incredibly supportive and genuinely care about the employee experience.
Inconvénients
Unfortunately, my experience is shaped by inconsistent leadership and lack of clarity. I often feel micromanaged, with constant check-ins, shifting priorities, and limited trust to work independently. Recognition is rare, and efforts often go unnoticed. I also find little investment in development – ideas for growth were dismissed, and meaningful progression feels out of reach. Communication can be unclear, and decisions are sometimes made without proper context or transparency.
