      Flexible schedule Good atmosphere inside company (everyone is very friendly and willing to help) Good salaries for Kazakhstan (but still 2 times lower than world median) Company is willing to invest into newbies, providing them with necessary hardware and knowledge Good hardware and work environment

      Inconvénients

      Boss tends to take too much responsibility instead of relying on the team Holiday schedule not respected

      Avantages

      Good start as game developer you will be able to do all kind of staff like an UI, animations, gameplay core mechanics, ship game to marketplaces, add analytics to the game

      Inconvénients

      It's a small company that depends on investors aka publishers that will pay to company and publisher will give the company design document for the next game that company has to make.
