      there is no scope of growing your career and your pay don't get raised higher than minimum wage.

      Avantages

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.
