      Poca capacidad de crecimiento si tu intención es quedarte en Argentina, Muy horizontal y especifica en cada puesto.

      Avantages

      You get paid on time every time.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not comparable to plants that surround it. Management is terrible and the turnover rate is terrible. Even 20 year veterans won't work for the current plant manager anymore.
