The mortgage industry is tough - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Simplify Home Loans

I have never worked for a company that cares so much about their employees. I have worked at jobs that could care less about anything you may be going to. The amount of help and growth I have gotten from being at this job for a year in a half is more than I could get taking small classes. The management focuses a lot on performance and to help you be better at your job. The pay is more than you can get at any other mortgage company. This isn't a job for people who aren't opened minded and willing to learn and give it their all. It's hard and difficult but so rewarding. I wouldn't want to be at any other company!
