      Avantages

      Access to WFH but frowned upon if you are not in the office

      Inconvénients

      Company culture needs an entire revamping and the toxic environment starts from the top. They have zero respect for the employees who were there during the grind - literally every initial employee is gone from the company minus a few Leadership is surrounding themselves with "yes-men" to boost ego. Too much paranoia from the C-level Also it appears only the male employees are paid a normal wage for their positions.

      Avantages

      Simplex Health offers a truly supportive and growth‑oriented workplace. As a 100% virtual organization, communication and teamwork are intentionally fostered every day. I’ve found the environment to be highly collaborative, with colleagues who genuinely care about both the quality of my work and my overall well‑being. It’s a place where learning is encouraged, support is consistent, and people show up for one another in meaningful ways.

      Inconvénients

      The work load can be heavy at times, especially if working full time.

      Avantages

      Working at Simplex Health has been a great experience. Leadership is approachable and supportive. I am always impressed with the feeling of teamwork and collaboration, even in a fully remote setting. I’m constantly learning, growing, and feel valued in my role.

      Limited opportunities for growth and salary increase.
