Avantages
Was a great place to work, I thought the company genuinely cared about us.
Health benefits were great
Life insurance and accidental insurance options were available
Friendly environment and coworkers
Good location.
Inconvénients
Will lie to your face about the health of your division, split you to a sister company and sing praises then a few months later lay most of your division off without warning.
VERY POOR communication to their team about goals and objectives, you don't have any clue what's going on.
Promotions were effectively non-existant.
Company tends to hire new people rather than train up from their own employees.
