I’ve had the chance to work on exciting projects with well-known brands, and I always feel like my contributions are valued. Also, work-life balance is respected, which is rare in the agency world.

Like many agencies, things can get fast-paced and a little chaotic at times, but that also comes with the territory of working with a wide range of clients. Communication between departments is improving but still has room to grow.
