The position offers an acceptable work-life balance; however, the pay is not comparable to the time spent on the road due to cancellations or unsafe conditions at home.
Inconvénients
Low pay, especially considering the high rate of cancellations or no-shows, and high expectations to drive around without an understanding of distance or area from the scheduler. No benefits. No hourly rate.
