Avantages
In the current market, a job at this company might be better than nothing.
Inconvénients
Pretty much everything about this company. Terrible management, no plans for the future, declining sales. Over-hired during covid and now desperately trying to reduce workforce through frequent layoffs. The workers and processes are so inefficient it takes months to get even a simple feature out.

Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork
Inconvénients
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
