-Poor management -they attempted to be “lean” but it turned into a culture of blame and finger pointing -no growth opportunities for younger employees -confusing direction of the company vision

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Inconvénients
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
