The positive reviews on this company are the furthest from reality. Management is so disconnected from reality and continues to live in their own little bubble. They are only concerned about short term goals and have absolutely no focus for long term growth and profitability. Management treats everyone below them as peasants and don’t care to receive feedback up the ladder - it is very much a do as I say and don't ask questions mentality. The people below management are often stressed after being asked to do several days worth of work in a mere number of hours.
After talking with several co-workers, found recruiting told us all the same "non-truths" about flexibility, open communication, and responsive management. Once you are in, everything is almost the complete opposite.
