Under qualified managers, 12+ hour work days, unrealistic expectations, no training, they make bonus targets unreachable, I could go on and on and on.

Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork
Inconvénients
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
