      Inconvénients

      Absolutely kafkaesque management style starting from team managers to country leaders to senior management. Horrible, entitled people.

      Great Benefits. bag on micro management, usually low. Good departmental teamwork

      Inconvénients

      Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
