No matter which bank is being used. **Minimal benefits package. **Misleading new employment candidates and clients by indicating there are more employees to handle the work load than are actually available. ** In the last year approximately 12 employees from technology, customer service, marketing, accounting have resigned as a result of dissatisfaction with the company. This is a small company of approximately 20 - 25 full time employees so a loss of that many employees in a short time frame speaks volumes. ** Outdated equipment and systems resulting in regular breakdown, loss of internet and phone accessibility. **Changing or denying policies that were verbally agreed upon.
