Avantages
One of the reasons I love working at Signature Performance is their investment into my personal growth. I have spent 9 months this year in a Leadership Class that has been phenomenal. Each week, we had a guest speaker (sometimes outside the company) from one of our leaders challenge us in regards to being a leader. We also met weekly in small groups, a mentor (mine is one of our C-Level leaders) met with me regularly, had two all-day conferences, partnered with an Ally, and given a ton of swag and books. This class of 30+ associates didn't have to make up our missed time later in the week, but everything was on the clock and we were paid to go through the course. I am so grateful I work here at Signature Performance.
Inconvénients
The leadership course was only 9 month, I wish it was longer.
