      Avantages

      The product that SignalPath provides is fantastic. There is a tremendous amount of work that has gone into making something that looks super sleek and modern and feels amazing to use. The software stack is fantastic. The software engineers are packed with all kind of talent from lots of different backgrounds.

      Inconvénients

      There are some bad apples that have poisoned the culture. There is a high level of distrust among the employees because of excessive use of divisive language by leaders in the organization. Compensation that hasn't kept up with the trends in the area.

      Avantages

      Trial Path is very exciting software that makes the lives of research coordinators much easier.

      Inconvénients

      Horrible lack of communication from management. Unceremoniously cut loose all contract digitizers last week after being ignored for several weeks prior from management. Apparently the company was sold to Verily/Alphabet/Google back in August. Was promised last paycheck for work performed in September on October 15th and still we wait... Unethical and very frustrating for those of us that rely on this income to pay the bills during a global pandemic. Although, pay timing was always erratic, which makes me think that they were always unstable, money-wise. Without the digitizers they have an empty product. Great behavior from a healthcare company!
