      Avantages

      - Great place to work with great people! - Loads of activities (in person and remote) to keep staff engaged with company updates and to encourage a well connected employee network. - My induction and onboarding experience was great - clear, friendly and my objectives were set from day one. - I've had lots of training opportunities and courses are always encouraged. - Feedback is always taken on board. - The balance of professional and personable is spot on! - and most importantly great snacks and beverages are supplied in the office for office days!

      Inconvénients

      - our department is small and therefore lacks career progression. However, there is plenty of training available and support given to develop skills.

      Avantages

      Sign Solutions are a breath of fresh air to work for. The working environment is great with lots of snacks and hot drinks of your choice! There's company updates every month so all roles are kept up to date about the progress and barriers which the company has come up against. We have individual benefits as part of our employment at Sign Solutions, such as, discounts of your weekly shop and/or any support for medical appts you may be waiting for etc. Management are flexible and understanding of a work life balance - something I did not have in my previous role. I can have a laugh with my colleagues, with the days flying by.

      Inconvénients

      I have no cons at present.
