      Avantages

      Good Starting Salary compared to other companies. Very flexible to work as long as client is happy. Widely spread clients in USA. Firing is not in their dictionary. Takes feedback positively and show scope of improvement. Treats employees very friendly.

      Inconvénients

      No much salary hikes and strategies to keep employees motivated.

      Avantages

      Good clients and good for starters who are looking for opportunities and experience at various clients.

      Inconvénients

      Very bad management, logistics, Finance team is worst. Late Salaries. Bad HR. So take risk while you decide to join. No medical benefits. No Leaves. Rules get deleted or modified or added when you ask a question to management which is not favourable to employee.
