Avantages
Very flexible schedule. They schedule a month ahead of time. You tell them when you're available and they work around your schedule. Owner was very friendly and laid back. They train you until you are ready to go out on your own. Events were always fun and seeing all the different venues was pretty awesome. My favorite was an event that I worked that was at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. You also build up some muscle dragging the booth and setting it up/tearing down.
Inconvénients
Like another reviewer, the pay is fantastic until tax season is near. I would lose a lot of my refund due to lack of taxes taken out of my SB paycheck. After the first year, I had started holding a little bit out of each paycheck so the burn wouldn't be as bad the following year. Like I said above, if you do not request off, you WILL be working most weekends. Especially during wedding season. So you can have a life, just remember to ask for some time off.
