Avantages
The CEO is the best person in the world to work for. He's one of the most generous people you'll ever meet; he sincerely and genuinely wants to treat you right. Free lunch on Fridays. Birthday celebrations with really nice gifts. Free insurance. Bonuses. Unlimited vacation and sick days (within reason, of course). Work life balance like you've never experienced (the office may shut down on "powder days"). Your coworkers are dedicated, smart, funny, and talented. It's a family environment. The office is amazing with a fully-stocked kitchen, a shuffleboard table, a foosball table, and more. Salary may be a bit lower than comparable jobs in the sector, but the perks and working environment more than make up for it. Overall, the culture is the best I've ever experienced. You would be beyond lucky to get to work here.
Inconvénients
I'm really, really reaching here. I can't think of something that's truly a con. The only thing I could possibly think of is that management may ask you to do something and then they'll have someone else do it if you aren't quick enough. Honestly, though, this is truly a ridiculous nitpick that doesn't deserve to be called a "con".
