      Avantages

      Working with the customers to find a solution to their needs. Casual dress code, could wear sneakers or any comfortable shoes. Decent employee discount.

      Inconvénients

      Inconsistent hours, sometimes less than 10 hours/wk. If you didn't sell much, it really wasn't worth the gas money to drive to work. Commissions are confusing, you never really know how much you made per week until you got your check.

      The staff is helpful, nice, and caring! The salesman help customers find the perfect pair of shoes for each customer.

      Avantages

      Pay is too low and the job is very demanding. I was expecting to get everything on day one and the system is not really straight forward.

      Inconvénients

      The people there were pretty nice, but I could tell they were getting annoyed with me asking questions because there systems are so confusing.
