Avantages
Some colleagues are great people.
Inconvénients
The rats are fleeing a sinking ship - we are losing people faster than we can replace them, including upper management, long-time employees, and top salespeople. How many people have to leave citing the actions and attitudes of one or two senior management / executives before the company realizes they have a *leadership* problem? Leadership is toxic. All the smiles and "good mornings" are a facade. Leadership will undermine you and stab you in the back if it's good for them and furthers their agenda. No upward mobility. Favoritism and politics rule the day. If you're not in the "in crowd", you're stuck. People who aren't deserving get promoted and people who are deserving get driven out. People who express interest / ambition and don't fit the "vision" are laughed at. Literally *laughed at* by executives. No company culture, goals, or vision. Sorry, but a half day of food trucks isn't going to turn the ship around. Employees are incredibly disengaged. In short, it's a hopeless and soul-crushing place to work and being driven farther and farther into the ground. There are certainly great colleagues and good work to be done, but true leadership is lacking. And it's going to get worse before it gets better.
