Management only cares about appearances and has a serious lack of integrity. They’ve sought positive Glassdoor reviews by offering incentives if we post about specific talking points of company growth, opportunities within the company, and how they listen to employees. Sadly, none of these are true. The company was recently acquired and managers have responded with frenzied overworking of staff for the sake of their own appearances. We are constantly pulled away from our own duties to assist other departments, leaving everyone behind on their work and affecting the level of service provided to customers.
