      - Good drive and access to latest technologies - Challenging environment - Global Reach

      Inconvénients

      - Too much politics and tend to slow initiatives - Hard to challenge leadership trends (decisions are made on the top, do not challenge) - New technologies take too much time to deliver (massive organization)
