      1.Bad and a toxic work culture 2. Polluted Environment with always emphasis on First time right approach 3. No job security (just 4 year job contract)and always threats issued in the name of Performance Improvement Plan. 4. Greedy organisation always seeking to refund money especially Shift Allowance from employees. 5. Mental harassment from mid level managers for talking to other people 6.Back stabbing and double crossing from fellow colleagues 7.Bad staff and stressful filled with zero work ethics.
