      Pays your salary on time, respect to your work life balance, concerns people's lives, prestigious company, very well design systems, corporate culture, opportunities to learn, supports training

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately hr is not a bridge between employees and management, tough subjects can be ignored if its about shell people, i didn't see much improvement after low scores of surveys, low salary and benefits in Turkey comparing to Europe, careers are very dependent to line manager views.
